1. Using Avenirr

Avenirr provides planning, education and business-building software. You are responsible for the decisions you make and the business you operate.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew on the cycle shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.

4. No guarantee of results

Avenirr does not guarantee revenue, customers, profit or business success. Figures shown in roadmaps, pricing models and plans are planning assumptions based on information you provide.

5. Experts and services

Experts listed on Avenirr are independent specialists. Avenirr reviews them for quality, communication and relevant experience but does not warrant the outcome of any engagement.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Avenirr for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the service over time. We will make material changes visible in the product before they take effect.
