These terms explain how you can use Avenirr and what you can expect from us.
1. Who we are

2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. The service
Avenirr gives you an AI co-founder, AI agents, planning tools and access to human support (your Launch Partner and the Expert Bench), depending on your plan. We may improve or change features over time and will tell you about material changes in advance.
4. AI agents & approvals
Agents can draft emails, research leads, schedule meetings, manage ads and create content using the tools you connect. With approval mode on, nothing is sent, spent or published without your OK. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions and for what is sent in your name. AI output can be inaccurate; check important information before relying on it.
5. Free trial, fees & billing
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your plan starts and is billed in advance each month or year, renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Ad spend and third-party fees are charged by those providers. [Refund policy.]
6. 90-Day Launch Guarantee
Eligible plans include the 90-Day Launch Guarantee, governed by the Guarantee terms.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Avenirr to send spam, mislead people, break the law, infringe others' rights or access systems you're not allowed to. Follow the rules of any platform you connect. We may suspend accounts that put others at risk.
8. Your content
You own your business data and the content you create with Avenirr. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
9. The $100K Challenge
Participation is optional and governed by the separate Official Rules.
10. Disclaimers
We can't guarantee any particular revenue or outcome beyond what the Launch Guarantee states. Nothing in Avenirr is legal, tax or financial advice.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Ending the agreement & law
You can close your account any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
