These terms explain how you can use Avenirr and what you can expect from us. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Who we are

2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. The service
Avenirr gives you AI agents, an AI co-founder, planning tools and access to human support (your Launch Partner and the Expert Bench), depending on your plan. We may improve or change features over time and will tell you about material changes in advance.
4. AI agents & approvals
Agents can draft emails, research leads, schedule meetings, manage ads and create content using the tools you connect. With approval mode on, nothing is sent, spent or published without your OK. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions and for what is sent in your name. AI output can be inaccurate; check important information before relying on it.
5. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance each month or year and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Ad spend and third-party fees (for example, ad platforms) are charged by those providers, not included in your plan. [Refund policy details.]
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Avenirr to send spam, mislead people, break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access systems you're not allowed to. Follow the rules of any platform you connect (such as email, ads and social networks). We may suspend accounts that put others at risk.
7. Your content
You own your business data and the content you create with Avenirr. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
8. The $100K Challenge
Participation is optional and governed by separate official rules, including eligibility, how revenue is verified, the season dates and how prizes are awarded. [Link to official rules.] No purchase beyond your plan is required to take part.
9. Disclaimers
We work hard to help you succeed, but we can't guarantee any particular revenue, results or outcome. Nothing in Avenirr is legal, tax or financial advice; for those, speak to a qualified professional (you can book one through the Expert Bench).
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Ending the agreement
You can close your account any time in Settings. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
